Salcido, 41, as vice president of manufacturing for its Microwave Network Systems (MNS) divisionís Houston facility. He oversees manufacturing, including materials planning, product assembly, production and document control, process and sustaining engineering, and testing. Committed to Quality Salcido has progressed to the top of MNSí manufacturing quality organization over the past five years. His most recent position was as vice president of quality assurance for MNS. Before joining the organization, he was a shift superintendent for Allen Bradley Corporation, which manufactures resistors and resistor networks, and held quality management positions at Zenith Electronics and TRW Corporation. He holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University and is a registered Quality Systems Lead Assessor (ISO-9001).
