REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA - CALIFORNIA MICROWAVE, INC. (Nasdaq National Market:CMIC) announced today the appointment of Richard S. Beeber, 49, as vice president of operations for its Microwave Network Systems (MNS) division's Boston facility. Beeber will oversee all aspects of the Boston operation, including the continued development and manufacture of MNS' DR+ products, a full line of 13 to 38 GHz third-generation high-frequency digital radios.
Experienced LeadershipBeeber brings 28 years of professional engineering and management experience, most recently with microwave technology developers Alpha Industries and M/A-Com Incorporated. He earned a BS from Pepperdine University and an MA from the University of Redlands, and completed the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School Executive Education Program.California Microwave, Inc. is a leading U.S. supplier of microwave radios and satellite earth stations for wireless communications networks.
