Operational Excellence Requires Integrated Financial Process "As California Microwave refocuses its strategy, we are reviewing our operations and business processes. We have an opportunity to reduce our cost structure by eliminating non-value-added work. Andy Miller, with his strong credentials, will be a key contributor to improving our net operating results. With the addition of a strong controller and a chief information officer, who we announced recently, we're building out our financial team, which is essential to implementing our strategy for accelerated growth and profitability," commented Donna Birks.
