CHELMSFORD, MASSACHUSETTS (April 15, 1996) -- Microwave Radio Communications (MRC), a division of California Microwave, Inc., today announced a broad range of new fixed and portable microwave radio systems designed for video transmission applications. The digital products include the Model FLH-DAR digital ready heterodyne fixed microwave system, 2 to 15 GHz and digital modulator and demodulator options for the Millennium PML 2-box portable microwave radio system, 2 to 15 GHz. All products are featured in the company's booth (#6308) at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Convention in Las Vegas, April 15-18, 1996. Other new MRC products highlighted at NAB 96 include the SMART: Central and SMART: Local microwave radio site monitoring systems; the MAC-1000 master antenna control system; the Micro T ultra-portable microwave transmitters, 2 and 7 GHz; and the Millennium tri-band portable microwave transmitter, offering up to three band operation from 2 to 15 GHz in a compact radio.
