SUNNYVALE, CALIFORNIA - CALIFORNIA MICROWAVE, INC. (Nasdaq National Market:CMIC) announced that Thomas J. The goal is to consolidate, standardize and optimize practices across these divisions and to produce tangible cost savings throughout the company. Tom's experience in integrating worldwide systems and developing productivity tools to reduce the cost of sales and improve information flow, both internally and externally, will be key as we implement our strategy for accelerated growth and profitability," commented Donna Birks.

He also has experience in reengineering projects and consolidating the information technology function within an international, multidivisional company.
